Any chances to recover a trello board ?

Hey,
I've happened to miss a trello message, following which my private nonprofit board was deleted : https://trello.com/b/DwUhH3S6/gbd

any chances it is "closed" only and I can recover the information to this new account (or reopen my old account, for which I still have the credentials?)

It depends on whether the board was closed or permanently deleted. Try signing into that account and opening your Boards page. Select View all closed boards at the bottom. If your board appears and you were its admin, you can select Re-open.

If the email concerned account deletion due to inactivity, and you were the board’s only member, deleting the account also deletes the board. Unfortunately, permanently deleted boards cannot be restored.

What did the email say, were there other board members? If so, ask if they can access it, as the board may have survived your account's deletion.
