Cant Access Loom (3 weeks) want a refund.

Question

I have been trying to migrate to loom and access my old loom videos or even start a loom recording, it has been HOURS of dealing with bugs. I want out.

Refund me and let me move on, Zoom does everything just as well and it is no hassle.

Oh, and i cannot get to support anywere - loom or atlassian.

How do i get my refund?

First of all, welcome to community! ✨ and I understand how frustrating it can be!

Depending on how your billing was set up, you can follow the appropriate options below:

Option 1: If you were billed via Loom

* Go directly to —> Loom Billing & Support Request Form.
* Select —> Billing & Subscriptions from the dropdown.
* Under Reason, select —> Request a refund or Cancel subscription.
* Fill in the required details for: Account Email, Invoice / Transaction ID, Subject, and Description

Option 2: If you were billed via Atlassian Administration

* Go to —> Atlassian Support.
* Select —> Billing, payments, and pricing.
* Select your site/account and choose Request a refund.
