Questionable use of Company Tenant data for Atlassian Marketing emails

Question

I have now received two emails from no-reply@po.atlassian.net that appear to be suggested AI Prompts that I am being encouraged to use in my Atlassian work. That's nice. But the problem is the content of those prompts has been pulled from my tenant data, which we have NOT given Atlassian permission to use, least of all to market things back to us. Anyone know who I can speak to at Atlassian about this practice and the clear security violation to data privacy and unacceptable use?

Contact privacy@atlassian.com alongside the support route suggested above. Atlassian lists this address for concerns about how information is handled in its Privacy Policy.

Ask them to investigate those specific emails and explain:

* Which tenant content was used and how the suggested prompts were generated.
* What authorizes that processing, and whether the data contribution setting applies to it.
* Which systems or providers processed the content, what protections applied, and how to disable these emails organization-wide.
