Merge Loom AI recap with Agenda page

Question

Hi!

We are wondering how to merge the Loom transcript and AI recap with our meeting protocols that we create upfront to note down all the agenda points?

Our meeting protocols are basically a table with column A (title + notes of the agenda point) and column B (output discussed in the meeting, eg. decisions, tasks, etc.)

Any recommendations?

I think keeping the agenda points and the AI recap together would make the meeting notes much easier to follow. Having each agenda item linked to its related decisions and tasks would also save a lot of time when reviewing the meeting later.

In addition to what @Arkadiusz Wroblewski mentioned about using Loom Meeting Agent, you can also do one of the following options based on where you document your meeting notes like Confluence, Notion/Docs, or Loom directly.

* Option 1: You can use Confluence Live Doc + Loom Smart Link Workflow —> If you manage your meeting notes in Confluence, you can link the pre-meeting agenda directly with Loom’s AI output using native Smart Links and Atlassian Intelligence/ Rovo.
* Option 2: You can feed the agenda into Loom’s AI Summary directly in Loom.
* Option 3: You can use the Copy-Paste method. If you maintain meeting protocols in Excel, Confluence, Word, or Google Docs, you can use an AI prompt to do the heavy lifting by copy pasting the Loom AI Recap and transcript.

Hello @Florian Juen

If you have Loom Meeting Agent, try supplying your agenda items with this prompt:

“Summarize the confirmed decisions and tasks for each agenda item, in the same order. Include owners and deadlines only when explicitly stated. Mark items not discussed.”

Then review the output and paste it into column B.

Are your agenda pages stored in Confluence?
