Trello Account - Change email address

Question

Hello,

Originally I had aschwartz@starbrite.com; after I married my email address changed however I was still able to receive emails to the original email address. We have recently migrated to our Parent company email address and I would like to merge the aschwartz@starbrite.com (as well as aedwards@starbrite.com) account to aedwards@pfxgroup.com. Could you please assist me with this?

Trello accounts can’t be merged.

Ask your IT team to temporarily restore the old mailbox or email alias. If your Atlassian account is company-managed, ask your organization admin to handle the email change.

If your new email already has a separate Trello account, you can instead invite it to your existing boards and Workspaces, granting the appropriate admin access.

Can you still sign in to either of your original accounts?

Also I no longer have access to the aschwartz email to receive the verification link so that I can change the email address.
