The 80% vs. 4% gap is probably the most interesting part here. Teams are clearly adopting AI to move faster, but if only a small percentage can connect roadmap decisions back to customer evidence, speed could easily outpace judgment.

For me, the real opportunity isn’t just using AI to ship more it’s using it to organize feedback, surface patterns, and make the reasoning behind product decisions more traceable. That would make faster product development much more meaningful.
