Board Cards Not Loading Without A Refresh

John Clark

Having a weird issue when I attach a board card to my list. Anytime I click on that board card to open the board in the same window/tab, it does not load the contents until I manually refresh the page.

After I refresh the page, it works:

If I open the URL from a bookmark or right click and open a new tab from Trello it works. Any idea what is going on?

Hi @John Clark ,

Are you the only one using that board, or are there other users? If there are others, can you check what their experience is?

Also, have you tried using a different browser or incognito mode (if you're not using the Mac app) to see if that will help? 👀

Also, if that's only happening with that specific board, it might be a board issue, although usually we're talking about browser-specific problems 🤔

Cheers,
Tobi
