Hi,
I am trying to completely delete my personal Atlassian account, but I am blocked because I am the last billing admin of an active organization.
When I try to delete the organization gurbangad1996, the "Delete organization" button is greyed out. This is happening because of the "Rovo credits (Included Usage)" subscription, which cannot be removed via the self-service UI.
I hereby give my explicit written approval to completely delete the organization gurbangad1996 and all its associated data. Please manually remove Rovo credits or delete this organization from the backend so I can proceed with my account deletion.

Hi,

Contact support to cancel your subscriptions if you can't do it. You cannot delete your organisation until you cancel all your subscriptions.

Have you tried these?

go to billing - subscriptions and see if there are active subscriptions?
if so manage, cancel or deactivate ?

To get this resolved, please follow these steps to create a support ticket:

Open a browser in Incognito/Private mode (this is important to ensure you aren't automatically logged into the suspended account).
Go to the Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing, & Licensing | Atlassian.
Under How can we help you?, select Quotes and Plan Changes.
Under Choose a topic, select Change cloud plan.
Fill in the details.

If the message box isn't visible, click on “Need more help?” to make the description field and submit button appear.

In your description, please explain the situation and include a link to this forum post so the agent has all the context.

Click Need more help. You might get a AI window, type in the description/details again and you will then see Click Submit support ticket. You can then copy paste your description/details again.
