Hi, the error in your screenshot ("我们这边出了点问题…" with an anonymous ID) comes from Atlassian's side during signup. It doesn't mean the site name is invalid. What usually gets people past it:

1. Try a different site name. The suggested name is only a suggestion. Use lowercase letters and numbers, something like your team or company name.
2. Use a private window or another browser (Chrome or Edge), with ad blockers and privacy extensions turned off.
3. Try a different network. If you're behind a VPN, corporate proxy or firewall, switch it off or change networks, because signup calls several Atlassian services.
4. Wait a little and retry. You can also check status.atlassian.com for an ongoing incident.

If it keeps failing, open a request at support.atlassian.com/contact and include the anonymous ID from the error (dc586127-…). Support can use it to find the failed request in their logs.
