Unable to Send Support Request: The "Submit" Button Is Missing

I filled all the fields but there is no send or submit button to send the request

Hi, from your screenshot the form hasn't finished loading. It isn't broken. On that purchasing and licensing form, the rest of the fields and the Submit button only appear after it can match what you typed to a real subscription.

Things to try, in order:

1. Right under the URL/SEN/EN/invoice box there's a "Select from dropdown" field that's still empty in your screenshot. Open it and pick the option that matches what you entered (site URL, SEN, EN, or invoice number). The links under it ("What is the URL?" and so on) explain each one.
2. For a cloud site, enter just the address, e.g. yoursite.atlassian.net, without https:// or anything after it. Or use the invoice number from your Atlassian billing email, which is often the easiest one to match.
3. Sign in first with the Atlassian account that is the billing contact or an admin for that site. Refund requests are tied to the subscription.
4. If the dropdown still won't populate, try a private window or another browser with ad and script blockers turned off. The page uses reCAPTCHA, and blocked scripts can stop the rest of the form from rendering.

If none of that works, use the "Need more help?" link at the bottom of the same page to reach the billing team another way. Good luck, I hope it gets sorted quickly.
