Paid subscription not working

I am logged onto my account and it won't allow me to record any more videos because it says I am on a 'free' account. I have paid the monthly $51 subscription for over a year now. Its ridiculous trying to get help. Can someone reach out to me please? How do I resolve this?

I would recommend contacting Atlassian Support directly for assistance.

Also last time I used their system - I ended up in a dedicated Loom site as they aren't sharing the primary support system (at least last I used it) - but the upside is they are rather fast.

If the FAQ pages don't help - that should help.

Also if you get hung up by the "chat bot" - keep going you'll find the support link to file a ticket.
