Can't delete org

Question

Our company is undergoing liquidation, and I cant delete our atlassian org because of Rovo.

I filed a support ticket a week ago with no response.

Ridiculous that a product I never asked to be added to the org is preventing me from closing the org down.

Hi James,

In order to delete your org, first you will need to cancel the Rovo subscription which you can't do directly, you'd need to contact Atlassian support (Billing and Licensing team) to request their removal. After cancellation, apps take 14–60 days to be fully deactivated, then you can delete the org.

Rovo is one of this apps which always involve Atlassian support.

Hi,

I'm afraid you cannot cancel Rovo on your own and you have to wait for the Atlassian support.

I hope they will get back to you soon.
