We’re opening the next iteration of Strategic Intelligence in Focus to open beta. The ‘For You’ page is your central control tower; giving leaders one place to see which focus areas need attention, why they need attention, and what to investigate next.
The For You page now surfaces insights and updates for focus areas you own or follow. These insights look across connected goals, work, positions, and funds, then prioritize the signals that are most likely to need action, such as overdue work, off-track goals, unfilled positions, or financial forecasts that have moved away from plan.
What’s included in open beta
In this open beta, the For You page helps you:
- See what needs attention across your focus areas: Instead of checking each goal, project, or financial view separately, Focus brings important signals into a single experience 'For You'.
- Understand why an insight appeared: Insight summaries explain the signal behind the recommendation, such as an overdue target date, an at-risk status, a staffing gap, or a financial variance.
- Go deeper with Rovo: Select Get details to open Rovo with context about the insight, so you can ask follow-up questions and get suggested next steps.
- Stay focused on what matters to you: Insights are scoped to focus areas you own or follow, and only use data you have permission to view.
- Understand context at a glance: your feed of updates helps you get all of the context data signals alone can’t provide. Comment on focus areas you follow right there from your feed.
Who this is for
This open beta is for leaders and their teams using Focus to manage strategic priorities- focusing on the connected entities that ensure focus areas deliver to expectation, such as goals, work, positions, or funds.
If you regularly ask questions like “Which priorities need attention?”, “Why is this at risk?”, or “What should we do next?”, this update is designed for you.
What to expect during open beta
- The experience will continue to evolve as we learn from customer feedback.
- We’ll keep improving the quality, transparency, and usefulness of the recommendations over time.
What we learned from closed beta
We’re already incorporating feedback from closed beta users for our next release! In particular, we heard that the For You page becomes more useful when insights are not just accurate, but strategic, explainable, and easy to act on.
Based on that feedback, we’re working on:
- Richer and more strategic AI insights and summarization, so each card better explains the “so what” for leaders.
- Integrated actions, so users can resolve issues directly from the For You page instead of switching context.
- Dashboard-style views, so teams can understand the health of their focus areas at a glance.
- Configuration controls, so organizations can tune the experience to the signals and workflows that matter most to them.
