Calendar view will not populate

Question

I have been using trello for years and just got billed the annual fee along with the monthly fees that we pay.

NOW i cant call anyone? Ok so im left to type a question? Unbelievable- i need to know why my calendar view from a board will not populate- Never had this problem EVER. Ive tried different browsers I’ve gone incognito and I’ve tried the APP NOTHING WORKS … but you have my money and now I have to use a forum to ask questions?

Hi Stephanie, sorry for the frustration — this is usually fixable without support. A few things to check, roughly in order:

* Confirm cards actually have due dates set (not just start dates) — the Calendar view only pulls cards with a Due Date, and only from lists/boards you haven't filtered out.
* Check your filters — click the Filter icon in Calendar view and make sure nothing is filtering cards out (member, label, or due-date-range filters silently hide everything).
* Re-enable the Calendar Power-Up — go to board menu → Power-Ups → search Calendar → disable it, refresh, then re-enable it. This resets the view's connection to the board data.
* Clear cache fully (not just incognito) — go to browser settings → clear cached images/files and cookies for trello.com specifically, then log back in.
* Check board/workspace permissions — if you're a guest or recently had a role change, some views silently fail to load data due to permission scoping.
* Try a different account/device briefly to see if it's account-specific or board-specific — helps isolate whether it's your session or the board itself.
