Which browser and version are you using?
The 'toSorted is not a function' error can occur if your browser does not support a JavaScript function Trello is using. Could you update your browser, restart it and try creating the checklist again?
If it still happens or it's already updated, try another up-to-date browser like Google Chrome. Also, does this affect every card or only this one? That should help narrow down whether it’s a browser issue or something Trello Support needs to investigate.

Hm, your problems from screenshot looks on first sight like an outdated browser but who knows.
