Notification issues

Question

Hello,

I’m looking for some help with notifications. Several of us are working on the same board, but nobody is receiving email notifications when we @someone in the comments section  (even though we’ve ticked all the relevant boxes in the settings).

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hmm, interesting – I hadn’t realised that… I’ll keep an eye out in future to see if it works.

One Trello behavior is easy to miss: if you open/read the notification in Trello before the notification email is sent, Trello won't send the corresponding email.

Thank you for your reply and your help !

I’ve made the changes in my personal settings. I’ve attached a file (in French – even when I change the language, it remains in French).
