Cannot see ROVO search or chat option

hello, i am not seeing the ROVO chat or search option in my jira board. please suggest me i have a interview coming up. Thanks

I'm not able to see your account or access your instance (Rightfully so) - I'm just an another Atlassian Org Admin like you with their own Org to maintain.

The document I linked earlier should give you what you need to find out why/how/where.

If you are unable to resolve the issue - you will need to contact Atlassian Support directly - they will be able to access your instance (with your permission) to find out why/where/what.

Once you fill in the form you'll see a "Chat bot" type box - keep going till you find the contact/request support link - they'll be able to inspect your org to answer why/where.

i did all of that and some of the options that show how to activate ROVO are not showing in the left bar. i tried creating multiple sites with multiple accounts. I bought the standard version and the ROVO is not showing up so i bought premium and it still the same no ROVO search or chat option on top right. i tried doing all the configuration set ups and org admin setups but no use. Please have a look at my account and provide me a solution asap. Thank you

Three things come to mind that may cause this:

1- Rovo is only available on Standard or higher tiered plans - If you're on a "free" plan - you won't see it there. If you're on a Standard or higher plan for your Jira - keep reading.

2- Your Org Administrator needs to allow Rovo access to the given Atlassian App (Jira in this case) - on the Given Site. It's possible it may be blocked.

3- There's a Beta Test that restricts access to "Groups" - Your Org Administrator may need to check this if its in use.
