Full Account Locked out because of Stale SSO

Question

We are attempting to use new Atlassian IDs with a vendor who is on JIRA. When our domain gets tagged it picks up a stale account liked to OneLogin SSO from > 5 years ago. We can't onboard because we do not pay them, or you, for accounts anymore. I just want the SSO disconnected.

That makes me wonder whether the account/domain is still claimed by an old Atlassian organization or whether there is an old identity association that needs to be cleaned up.

If nobody in your company can access the old Atlassian organization anymore, you should contact Atlassian Support or Billing Support.

Hi,

Do you or anyone as Organisation admin still have access to admin.atlassian.com ? if so,

* you can disable the SSO and probably delete the SAML entries. * once done, users can go to id.atlassian.com using email address, then select can't login to set Atlassian password

if you don't have access to admin.atlassian.com?

* best to reach atlassian support under account login issues.
