Replacing Opsgenie with other vendors

Hi all,

We use very basic 'essential' option of Opsgenie for alerts and scheduling on-call and nothing else. But we need international voice, sms to be available and other basic alert integrations like New Relic…etc. Does anyone migrated out of Opsgenie? Can you share what you chose? If possible name and plan? We want to keep the same functionality and not bloat with unnecessary options like incident management and any AI features. Thanks in advance!

A few things worth checking as you compare tools:

• International voice and SMS: confirm coverage for your specific countries. Some vendors only include it in higher tiers or charge per message.
• Integrations: ask whether the New Relic integration is two-way (auto-resolve), not just webhook ingest.
• Plan scope: stick to "alerting + scheduling" tiers. They're usually much cheaper.
