An unknown error occurred

Hello,
we would like to start a trial of the Atlassian Service Collection for our site instrumentsystems.atlassian.net.
When clicking 'Try now', we always receive the message 'An unknown error occurred'.
Could you please check why the Service Collection trial cannot be activated for our organization?
