Are you using the desktop app or browser extension? Or maybe the mobile app? You could try reinstalling the app to see if that helps. 👀
What I'd suggest is following these troubleshooting steps: Collect recorder logs for troubleshooting As the article states, you can reach out to Loom support and send them logs from your app to review. 🎟️

seems its trying to run either the extension or the desktop custom-scheme and i have neither loom extension nor loom desktop installed
On Mac m2 Tahoe 26.5.1
and of course - right as i post the bug report it works now - same errors in dev tools but it works - perhaps something was cached
