Just want to cancel my loom account and have my service end when my started my service

I see loom has been gobbled up by this Atlassian corp. Just wanted loom and I will miss it. I saw somewhere that if I cancel my subscription, it just ends. Well, that's not fair. I want to cancel when my subscription is up. Wading through the Atlassian maze to reach anyone, maybe I can get some help here.

I suspect that I will keep the loom working until my yearly subscription is over in Jan. Thanks for your help

Hi @David Allan ! I'm a product manager on Loom and saw your question. To confirm, if you cancel your subscription it will continue until the end of your billing cycle and downgrade at the end. I will take this feedback to the team that we should make the language more clear though!
