not able to request a trial license for SCIM plugin, maximus number reached.

We are trying to request  a trial license for User Sync: SCIM Provisioning, Group Sync for Bamboo

but could not.  All got message of "maximum trial license reached", but we have not even used the plugin yet.  what could be the issue?

The Marketplace page says "30 Day Data Center trial · One trial per customer."

Any chance you already had a trial and never installed/ used it?

I think you can reach out to the vendor via a support ticket to ask for a new trial license. Contact details are on the support page.
