My customer can’t get to 104.192.142.17, through the Cogent network.

Can you provide names and email address for the network Admin and Infrastructure at Atlassian, so I schedule a meeting to resolve the issue?

And I'm working with the toolset from this company for over 10 years, are you sure this is the application, can you provide more details on the application, please?

@Marc -Devoteam- , i was curious too.. Havent heard of this before. Did a search and found that it is a subsidary of Atlassian . Assumed he might have some hosting related issues with that and redirected to support. And yes, @Jon Lundquist , any further detail about the app would help us understand better to help you and also enrich our knowledge
