Loom/Atlassian Admin Center Enhancements Coming?

Will there be enhancements coming to the Loom admin section and will it ever go back to being embedded in the actual Loom site instead of pushing you over into a dilapidated atlassian admin page?

The "new" atlassian admin center for managing our Loom accounts is dreadful. Simple things like being able to filter or sort by paid/active accounts and non-paid accounts is not possible, as one of many examples. Not only did the price skyrocket (no more free tier and a $5 bump per user) but the level of backend admin tools plummeted. Having to leave Loom to manage the admin side and then have a junk, quickly thrown together management site, is so frustrating. We are paying way more now for way less. I understand if this is a temporary measure while the embedded Loom admin section is fully built out but I am not very optimistic.

I can also relate here about the price increase. It's not just Atlassian. Everything around is getting more expensive at light speed.

Well, I don't think so. I answered you in my post. I don't see that it will be back to standalone, meaning inside Loom admin. Loom was acquired at the end of 2023 by Atlassian, and it was pretty clear at some point there would be more centralized management.

Managing standalone hubs is creating a huge overload for admins.

A 25% increase in price and a decrease in functionality is not a good move. It does not make sense and is frustrating. The overall concept does make sense but my 2 concerns were not addressed by your post.

Throwing out corporate jargon does make you sound like a bot. Has nothing to do with agreeing. I guess I am not on the Atlassian bootlicker bandwagon. Sorry.

It's funny these days how everything is seen as AI just because somebody has another viewpoint. That's easy bite these days.

That it makes sense to me doesn't have to make sense to you.

That you have a bigger historical picture, that all was standalone products. I can relate to you but also have myself a stack of Atlassian products and if I will be forced to jump from one Admin hub to another just to configure something, at scale that will be horrific.

A member of the Atlassian Team answered you. We are just users like you, and that's a nice thing about this community everyone can have their own opinion.

I also do not agree on some Atlassian choices related to product design, but this one is actually a nice one depending on your use case, especially for bigger instances with multiple products.
