Why Rovo stops responding in normal chat ?

I am using ROVO for my day to day jira and confluence work. Why suddenly the chat stops responding ?

I can think of a few reasons why the chat stops mid-answer:

The monthly Rovo usage allowance for your org has been reached. I would ask your admin to check the Rovo usage under Settings > Products > Rovo in the admin console.
Browser cache or an ad blocker interfering
A very long chat thread hitting its context limit, so start a fresh chat
A short service issue, worth a glance at status.atlassian.com

Can you share whether it stops on every prompt or only some, and whether you get any error message when it happens? That will help pin down the real cause.

Sagar : It stops responding to most prompts and remains silent until I start a new conversation. It consistently responds to the first 2–3 questions, then stops responding. The prompts are primarily related to finding or locating information in Confluence and Jira. No error message is displayed.
