Not able to login as MFA enabled and lost recovery keys

Hello,

I am not able to login as MFA enabled and lost recovery keys. Tried to follow the steps below:

but there is no link or button of Can't Find your recovery key?
Enter your email address and click the Send recovery link.

Tried to raise a support ticket but still need to login (The issue is that I can't login.) and can't find support email anywhere. I have to register an account with my personal email.

 

How can I login my working account?

Here on the portal we can't grant access to instances. This is a public community forum for users of Atlassian product to help each other, but we can't access instances or grant access to instances.

Not even official Atlassian Support will honour such a request.

You will need to contact an admin of the instance or the IT department of the company the instance belongs to.
