ROVO and Agent disappeared

Question

Hi, 1) Starting yesterday, both Rovo and the Agents have disappeared from our Atlassian instance. Normally, the Rovo icon is available in the top-right corner, but it is no longer visible. I asked our Atlassian Admin to follow the steps suggested online: * Go to https://cybereason.atlassian.net/admin * Navigate to Apps → Discover new apps * Search for "Rovo" and enable it However, they weren't able to enable it either. 2) Additionally, every time I click my saved Rovo link, I'm automatically redirected to https://www.atlassian.com/software/rovo. If I try to ask Rovo anything, it simply redirects me back to the same page. Could you advise what might be causing this issue? Thanks!

@Dannie Tjahjono welcome to the community. Since Rovo was previously working and both Chat and Agents disappeared, I’d have your Org Admin check admin.atlassian.com → Rovo → Rovo access first. Rovo access can be disabled at the app level, and some Enterprise organizations also have newer app/group access controls.

I wouldn’t assume this is related to the recently reported security concern unless Atlassian or your administrators confirm that. If Rovo access is still enabled but users are being redirected to the Rovo product page, I’d raise this with Atlassian Support as a possible entitlement/provisioning issue.

That's the one.

I explicitly called it "concern" because Prompt Injection is nothing new and in this case a licensed user needs to explicitly upload an unchecked document to Rovo.

But Security people all over the world have become nervous because of this and maybe that was the case in your company too.
