Cannot open Compass

Hello,

I wanted to start explore Compass because I need to migrate the data from Opsgenie to Compass.

Compass is installed and licensed on site resolveitalerting.

The Compass admin accoun (cgmsc.automation) can access Compass.

Any Compass URL redirects permanently to:

/compass/onboarding

Browser network trace shows:

POST /gateway/api/xpsearch-aggregator/experiment/v1

403 Forbidden

Response:

poco: rejected authenticated request

Compass GraphQL requests return HTTP 200.

Thanks for checking out the isssue. After some discussions we concluded to leave Compass behind and look into moving to Jira Service Management as the solution to replace Opsgenie .

Just a note at the beginning: Compass is moving to DX, so you might want to consider this. More on that here: The Next Chapter for Compass 🆕

Regarding migration, you can check if there's this option: In your Opsgenie instance, navigate to Settings > Migrate Opsgenie to start the process 👀
Potentially, you could also check Settings > Jira apps > Move from Opsgenie to Jira but that might be a bit different thing.
