Rovo does not what I ask

Question

I use Rovo in Jira and talk about ticket, normally when I ask rovo to help me solve a ticket it takes te right ticket (the one i'm working in, which is also stated in the 'context' field above the type bar), but now it doesn't do that and starts talking about other tickets. Can this be solved?

@Sean Soeun welcome to the community. Since the correct work item is already shown in Context, this doesn’t appear to be a missing-context setup issue. Another user has reported the same behavior, including Rovo referencing unrelated work items despite the correct Jira context being attached. I’d add the work item key explicitly to the prompt as a temporary workaround and report the examples to Atlassian Support, since this appears to be a Rovo Chat context-handling issue rather than something you can fix through Jira configuration.
