Hello,
Before I use the double identifications with app Atlassian. But I change my phone and I can't use this double identification. How can I put Atltassian authitificator in my new phone ?
Hi @Amandine YON
What do you mean by Atlassian Authenticator, there is no authenticator App from Atlassian.
If you mean adding your phone as 2FA option, see this KB article.
https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-two-step-verification-for-your-atlassian-account/
If this is not functioning, Reach out to the admin of your instnace to check your account.
