Rovo times out or fails

Question

Because Rovo no longer generates dashboard reports using a smart prompt—it takes too long and fails to produce results for a dashboard with more than 50 cases. It used to work fine, and I had barely even used it to avoid burning through tokens, yet it still doesn't work the way it used to.

@DIGITAL NEXUS C_A_ welcome to the community. Rovo credit limits aren't currently being enforced, so unused credits are unlikely to explain this. Large dashboard/report requests can still hit processing, retrieval, or timeout limits. Since this worked previously, I'd test a smaller date range or fewer cases. If that succeeds but the larger request consistently fails, capture the prompt, case count, timestamp, and error/silent failure and raise it with Atlassian Support.

Credit use is probably not the issue as Credit limits are not yet enforced. There are some outages from time to time. Did you get any error messages?
