Unable to create an agent in Rovo

Hi there,

When I access Rovo and click 'Create Agent', i get the error message that 'Rovo is not enabled in Studio'. What do i tell the administrator on how to enable Rovo please.

Hi @Jerel Lee ,

This might be deliberately turned off. But to answer your question, an admin can check the following:

• admin.atlassian.com > Rovo > Rovo access - to see if Studio is blocklisted there
• studio.atlassian.com > Studio settings > Agents - to see what's configured on who can create new agents in Studio

Generally, default options here are that all users can use Rovo and build agents in Studio, so this might have been intentionally turned off. 👀
