Exported Loom Video Missing Chunks of Audio

Rebecca Bricknall

When I exported one of my videos to edit, I noticed there were chunks of audio missing. The one which sits on Loom is fine and all of the audio is there.

I compared it by playing it side by side and was surprised to find the exported file different from the one on Loom.com

How do I get the full audio for the exported file?

Hi @Rebecca Bricknall ,

It might be that the video (or exporter) is a bit corrupt. I believe I had the same issue once, and the Loom support team was able to sort it out. 👀

Can you try raising a request by following these steps: Need help with your Loom account? Here’s how to contact Support (and get help faster)?

Cheers,
