This is an old computer which we cannot even update to Windows 10. We use Firefox because it won't support Chrome anymore. I've been getting toasts on Trello that our browser isn't supported anymore. So there's an obvious answer. It is backed up by the fact that a laptop running Windows 10 / Chrome opens the board just fine, and Trello Status claims there's no downtime on their end. That being said, if the problem IS on our end, a human-readable error message would have been helpful.

Hey @Samson Lee ,

Glad all is up and running again

Side note - you can monitor global app (Trello) outages through official Statuspage: Trello Status (although there might be some delays when it comes to notifications there and actual outages). 👀

Cheers,
Tobi
