Can't deactivate user due to being last billing admin but they are not

Hi,

I'm trying to deactivate a user account but get the message "User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements."

However, I can't find any trace of this user being a billing admin anywhere. How can I track this down?

Can you explain, I’ve got the same issue. Just want to delete the whole account.

He had managed to setup some other organisation under our main one and was the billing admin for it (it was all free though with no payments made and no content). I had to log on as him and put myself as billing admin to then remove him.
