Have you tried following the official instructions here: Integrate Compass with GitHub?

Note that personal GitHub accounts cannot be connected:

Personal GitHub user accounts can’t be connected to Compass. This app can only be installed for GitHub organizations and enterprise accounts.

Anyway, are you seeing any specific message when trying to connect to GitHub that might point you in the right direction?

Do you have an enterprise or organization account?

yes i have organization account, where as when ever am trying to connect the git hub it throws 404 error

Can you confirm that your account has access to that repo? Can you access it via a web browser?

If you are still facing error, please open a support ticket. Please follow the below instructions to create the support ticket:

Go to https://support.atlassian.com/
Click on Log in to contact support if you aren't already signed in.
This will load the Support contact form. Under What can we help you with?, select Technical Issues and Bugs.
Choose Compass under Which app is this for?
Enter the URL and follow on from there.

I'd double-check that the GitHub app is installed on the correct account or organization and that it has permission to access the repository. If everything looks right, disconnecting and reconnecting the integration can sometimes refresh things and fix the issue.
