You can try to reach out to Atlassian Support with a no-login option.

If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path:

* Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
* Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”
* Continue without logging in.
* Enter your email.
* In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”
* Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.
* Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.

When your subscription deactivated?. Atlassian keeps your data for a limited time after deactivation, so you can still reactivate it. But after a period of time, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

To check if your data is still recoverable, You can contact Atlassian via their Billing & Licensing support page:
