Rovo is currently not working

Question

Hello,

Rovo has not been working since yesterday (3/17/26). Does anyone know what is going on or how to fix it?

Either in Jira or Confluence, when I click Ask rovo on the top right, it says "We're not sure what went wrong".

Everyone from my team is having a same issue since yesterday.

Please help us who to contact or what to do.

Greetings @- If this is affecting multiple users across Jira + Confluence, it’s almost always a Rovo backend incident, even if the status page is green. Quick checks:

Confirm AI/Rovo still enabled in Atlassian Admin

Try a different browser (to rule out session issues)

If still failing, don’t troubleshoot further—raise a support ticket with timestamps. These are typically Atlassian-side outages and need backend fixes.

I was also having issues with Rovo yesterday and my admin raised a support request with Atlassian. Atlassian replied that they had some internal issues yesterday that have been resolved. Today I was able to modify my Rovo agent again, so it seems like things are back in order.
