Error setting up channels

Question

I'm not able to set up any of the channels. I get this error on every one.

Anyone know how to fix this or let me know next steps? This is a free account, so I'm not able to contact customer support directly, but it's obviously a bug.

Thanks, I have looked in the space settings but can't find anything there. A bit annoying as I can't set the service up without being able create the channels so I will need to try a different provider.

Thanks. Your screens look different from mine. Maybe because you are on a free plan.

In my experience, sometimes these errors might occur due to permission or settings. If you have space admin permission, you should be make changes from the space settings menu. There maybe the possibility these could be disabled from the space settings, hence why you maybe seeing those errors.
