Why am I being harassed by your emails,not even using Loom

I am receiving frequent emails requesting payment details. Please downgrade my account to the free tier immediately. I no longer have the Loom application installed, as I have transitioned to alternative tools that provide similar features at no cost. Please ensure that these unsolicited billing emails cease.
