Configure Rovo to answer code and product related questions (Bitbucet)

I want to use Rovo to be able to answer questions to our non technical teams in the company (Product, project managers, CS, etc...), to achieve this, I need Rovo to be able to read code from Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence, the main issues is with Bitbucket, I gave some people read access to Bitbucket, but rovo is still struggling to read from Bitbucket... even for me, with Admin access..

Any Ideas how to achieve this?

Hi and Welcome 

to read the bitbucket workspace , your bitbucket has to be linked to your organisation.

1. Verify Organization Settings:

   • Ensure all users who need Rovo access are part of the same Atlassian organization
   • Check that the organization has proper Rovo licensing

2. Wait for Indexing:

   • After linking, Rovo's Teamwork Graph needs time to index your Bitbucket data
   • This can take several hours depending on repository size

3. Check Rovo Permissions:

   • In your Atlassian organization settings, verify Rovo has permission to access Bitbucket
   • Ensure users have appropriate product access within the organization

 

So it should work.
