RovoDev cannot create new website

Question

It shows this error. Is anyone else having the same issue, or is it just me?

@Rafiqul Islam welcome to the community. This appears to have been a broader Rovo Dev issue, not just your site. Atlassian’s Rovo Dev status history shows an incident on Feb. 13, 2026 where users experienced errors with Rovo Dev not starting, and it was later resolved. If it’s happening again, check the Rovo Dev status page and include the Trace ID when contacting support.

It looks like you’ve hit a generic "something went wrong" error during the provisioning process for Atlassian Rovo Dev.

Based on the error screenshot provided, here is how you can resolve this:

Try a Custom Site Name.

Clear Browser Cache or Use Incognito.

It is possible the site was partially created despite the error: Go to admin>>Look under Products or Sites>>If you see a site with the name shown in your error, delete it (if empty) and try the setup again, or see if you can complete the setup from the Admin panel directly.

Because this error includes a Trace ID (3f785117fe1e43e1828d7de92ee43b70), Atlassian Support can look up the exact server-side failure.
