As title says, i cannot create a new atlassian site, anyone experience the same issue?

Does the issue still persist? Or was it temporary?

That error during site creation (especially with a Trace ID) points to a backend provisioning issue with Atlassian, often related to billing or tenant setup. Try a different site name, refresh, or use incognito. If it keeps happening, share the Trace ID with Atlassian Support—they’ll need that to investigate.
