How to reach Atlassian support if I am unable to identify our Site Admin?
You should be able to identify your Site Admin by selecting the gear icon, then User Management and then use the Role filter to select Site Admins.You should be able to reach support by selecting the question mark in the top right area of any page, and then scroll down to Contact Support, OR go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
You could try reaching Atlassian Support through the admin or billing contact options tied to the site. If you don’t know who the Site Admin is, explaining that clearly in the request should help them point you in the right direction.
