Can't connect Fisheye to JIRA (on-demand)

In Crucible under http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8060/admin/crowdAuthEdit-default.do(JIRA / Crowd auth. Settings) it asks me for Application name and Application password. I find nowhere in JIRA where I set these.

At the same time in JIRA under Fisheye/Crucible configuration in the bottom I see this message:

Server fisheye requires authentication. Login & Approve to refresh fisheye instances. Alternatively, hide this message.

I (JIRA administrator) click "Login and Approve" and see this error message:

Authentication failed!

An error occurred while trying to obtain an access token. For application link "fisheye (1912153b-f3a9-3730-a7fc-cdd4042bf734) http://fisheye.******.comcom.atlassian.applinks.application.fecru.FishEyeCrucibleApplicationTypeImpl@1c1a234"

OAuth Problem Details

Failed to get token from service provider. Response status code is '503'

And I am spending too much time on trying to figure this all out. Atlassian, can you please help.

Hi Alexander,

I am guessing you've seen https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/JIRA+and+Crowd+Authenticationpage already?

In order to connect FishEye/Crucible with Jira to FishEye/Crucible users authenticated via Jira application you basically need to:

set up Jira to allow incoming application, see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Allowing+Other+Applications+to+Connect+to+JIRA+for+User+Management
go back to FishEye/Crucible instance (the page you mentioned already, Admin / Security Settings / Authentication / JIRA / Crowd Authentication Settings) and enter following details:

Authenticate against: a Jira instance
Application name/password: use the details configured in step 1 above
JIRA Url: ensure this is URL that is routable from FishEye/Crucible box

No I haven't, Piotr. Your docs are not that easy to find. Where would I look, even? Seriously, how would I even find this page? But that's besides the point.

Moreover, all your docs are for 4.3 and 4.4 versions, my JIRA shows

JIRA v6.3-OD-07-013

And I can almost never find any links mentioned in your docs. Now the link you gave me in (1) -- I do not have "JIRA users server" under "User management". And this is exactly what I am talking about. What am I supposed to do now?

Please, Piotr. I attached a screen shot. I did Crtl+F on the page for "server" with 0 matches. Do you guys know your own product? I mean, seriously, I already spent too much time on this. There is NO JIRA user server!

unfortunately as per the JIRA User Management limitations doc you cannot use JIRA OnDemand to manage FishEye standalone users
