rovo agent can not access dashboard

Hi,

I want a rovo agent to access a dashboard to make an analysis.

The agent tells me it can't access the dashboard when I provide the url.

Here is what I tried :

- grant read permission to the agent as a user : KO

- grant read permission to the organization : KO

What can I do so rovo can access the dashboard ?

Dashboard gadgets are normally based on filters, does the agent have permission to see the result from the filters?

Otherwise change the filter permissions accordingly

I had a Rovo access problem yesterday, too, but in my case, it was because of policy changes. You might also find an answer here: https://www.atlassian.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy#ai-offerings.

Did Rovo say explicitly there was an issue with policy when you had your access problem ?

I had a look at the policy and I do not think there should be a policy issue with my agent.
