Fisheye/Crucible start-up seems to be tied to login account

We're running FishEye/Crucible on a Windows Server 2008 R2 OS and starting the apps by using the /FISHEYE_HOME/run.bat method.

We recently experienced a power outage while the Crucible maintainer was sick and when logging into the machine with another account and starting up Crubible/Fisheye with the same /FISHEYE_HOME/run.bat method found that the server was unconfigured with no application data.

We have found that the server and app data is tied to the current maintainer's account. This is obvious unsustainable and creates significant risk should that maintainer leave the company.

How can we reconfigure this server so that any administrator can start the services and have all existing data persist regardless of who starts up the services?

You can try to configure application to run as a windows service to be initialized with the server. Please refer to documentation below:
