Our build fails with the following message:
Failing task since return code of [F:\grails-1.3.7\bin\grails.bat upgrade -force -non-interactive] was -1 while expected 0
The actual task contains the following grails commands, none of which call for an upgrade (appname is the name of the application whose war files we are building).
cleantest-appwar appname-prod.warclean-Dgrails.env=staging war appname-staging.war
