【Help】After upgrading to the latest version 0.11.24, Rovo Dev Agents is not installed on this site

justinandradeqkb9609

Web access occasionally prompts: Rovo Dev Agents is not installed on this site.
Rovo Dev Agents may not be installed on this site, or you might still be waiting on us to activate the product. Try again later, or read how to install Rovo Dev Agents.

It has clearly been activated, but after refreshing a few times, it returns to normal.

same

The issue appears to be fixed now. After multiple refreshes, the page loads correctly and shows the startup screen instead of the "Rovo Dev Agents is not installed on this site" error. I'll continue testing over the next few days to confirm it's fully resolved. Fingers crossed!

The issue doesn't appear to be fully fixed. The error ("Rovo Dev Agents is not installed on this site") has recurred for me during later refresh attempts, confirming the issue is intermittent.

same for us too

It was working fine just a few hours ago, but now the error "Rovo Dev is not activated on this site" appears again after just one or two refreshes.

Why is this happening?

The situation had improved in the past few days, but now the issue has started reappearing intermittently.

@justinandradeqkb9609 @Johannes Fliß @Eileen This is a known hiccup with the recent 0.11.24 update—Rovo Dev Agents sometimes fail the entitlement check and briefly report that they're not installed, even when they are. A refresh usually fixes it because the backend eventually resolves the entitlement call correctly. Atlassian is already tracking this, and it’s not related to your configuration. If it keeps happening, capturing timestamps and sending them to Support helps them correlate the backend logs.
